Happy New Year from all the teachers at Varee Chiang Mai School !
This final term of the academic year will be a very busy time for all the students at Varee Chiang Mai School as they work hard to complete their studies.
The end-of-year tests will begin on 20th February and the last day of school is Friday 1st March 2013.
Here are some other important dates over the coming months.
o Teachers’ Day – Wednesday 16th January (school closed)
o Cambridge ESOL Test – Wednesday 23rd January 2013 (EP2, EP4, EP6)
o 100 Word Spelling Test – Monday 18th January
o EP & ESL End-of-Year Tests – 20th, 21st, 22nd February
o Makha Bucha Day – Monday 25th February (public holiday – school closed)
o Thai Tests – 26th Feb – 1st March
o Last Day of the School Year – Friday 1st March 2013
Finally, there was some very good news for Mathayom 6 students at Varee Chiang Mai School this week.
144 Mathayom 6 students from Varee Chiang Mai School have been accepted into some of Thailand’s top universities including 56 students that have been accepted into Chiang Mai University. Congratulations to the Mathayom 6 students !
