On Friday 8th April students taking part in the VCS Summer Camp 2011 will celebrate Songkran with a range of games, perfomances and activities.
The activities will start at 1pm with a Songkran Parade. This will be followed by the traditional Thai ritual of ‘Rot nam dum hua’ during which students pay resect to senior members of the school community. There will also be traditional Thai perfomances from kindergarten, primary and secondary school students.
Then at 2pm the Songkran water fighting will begin 🙂
