On Friday 31st October 2014 Varee Chiangmai School will be holding a ‘Halloween Fancy Dress Day’ for all primary school students. On this day the students are encouraged to come to school in fancy dress costumes. The costumes can have a Halloween theme, such as ghosts and vampires, or a more general theme, such as superheroes and princesses.
The students will study their regular lessons during the day and then later in the afternoon they will take part in some special Halloween activities. As well as being an enjoyable activity this is also a useful learning exercise because it enables the students to learn about the culture and customs of other countries around the world.
